How to return an Item
Before shipping, please verify that your return meets the following requirements:
1) you have sent us a return request by e-mail
2) the item was not used
3) the item is in the same condition in which it was originally sent
4) the item is in its original packaging
5) YOU ARE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER
6) shipping fees to you and back to us are not refundable
7) if an item was damaged in shipping, you must contact us immediately, the day or after order is received, by phone or by e-mail, and we will let you know exactly what to do to receive replacement item or refund. Do NOT ship the item back to us without contacting us as we insure the items and we must follow procedures for replacement insurance, and we will take care of you from our end.
ABOVE CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO RECEIVE REFUND/EXCHANGE.

Refunds
When we receive your return package, we will immediately check to see if your item meets the requirements stated above. If so, we will send you a return notice, indicating that your return has been accepted and a receipt by email for your refund.
When returning items that are wearable (example: helmets, cuirasses, shoes, custom leather items, t-shirts, etc) you have 48 hours from when you receive the merchandise to let us know that you want to return the item and there is a 10% restocking fee if the item is returned. You must call us first so that we can authorize the return, and please remember that shipping fees are not refundable. WITH ORDERS THAT COME WITH FREE POSTCARDS MAILED FROM ROME, RETURNED ORDERS ARE CHARGED $5.00 FOR THE POSTCARD MAILED FROM ROME!
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, SHIPPING TIME-FRAMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. THE SHIPPING TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE. DUE TO STRICTER CUSTOM INSPECTIONS, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CAN NOW BE LONGER AND SOME DELAYS ARE EXPECTED. IN EVENT OF INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DELAYS, THEY ARE NOT IN OUR CONTROL. We give a 30 day money back guarantee (minus shipping)for all of our products with these understandable exceptions:
CD's, Videos, and DVD's cannot be returned if opened and used,
and the Postcards from Rome can not be returned because they are
personalized and mailed from Rome. And any type of shoes or clothes cannot be returned. (The exception for clothing is that we need to have a communication of return within 24 hours from when you receive these items IF NOT WORN).
Shipping and Handling rates in the U.S.A. are:
First Class Mail............$6.50 for 1 item, $7.50 for 2, $8.50 for 3, etc.
2-3 Day Priority Mail... $8.50 for 1 item, $9.50 for 2, $10.50 for 3, etc.
2 day Express.......starts at $24.95, and then can go up according to weight and destination of order. ***Express orders are shipped signature required unless you specify you want your signature waived.***

International Shipping rates are:
